Agreement for the Purchase of an Under-Construction Apartment

Payment Terms:
1-A down payment of $25,000 USD is to be paid upon signing the contract.
2-Monthly installments of $1,000 USD will be paid starting from the month following the signing of the contract, continuing for a period of 18 months until the apartment is completed and delivered.
3-If the buyer is unable to continue with the scheduled monthly payments, the remaining balance can be settled over an additional period of up to two years, subject to an annual interest rate of [Interest Rate]% applied to the outstanding amount.

Delivery Terms:

The apartment must be delivered upon completion of the specified 18-month period, provided all payments have been made as scheduled. If all payments have been completed but the apartment is not delivered on time, the seller is obligated to compensate the buyer according to the terms detailed in this agreement.
